• ccTLDs-Country Code Top Level Domains: Two letter domains are established to the geographical locations.      Example- .au

There are so many domain providers in India as well as globally. some genuine domain providers are BigRock  Hostgator  GoDaddy. there is no problem if you are using a domain from outside the country. 

Decide your unique domain name and search for it. go and register the domain.

Purchase a hosting (you can purchase hosting from a different provider)

Design your website using HTML or you can depend on other to get it done.
